That street looks dystopian, run down old buildings, and what kind of place allows a street billboard this size, blocking off an entire building?

Hope these people can liberate themselves from the EU clown show, they went through a lot with Ceausescu.
If you saw the communist 'architecture' that prevails in that city, you would also cover it in billboards. It's awful.
 
What kind of physcopath would demolish a beautiful old town of a major city? Did he prefer to look at ugly communist buildings when he went for a walk?
Believe it or not, that is how these people think. They hate anything that pertains to tradition, anything that is beautiful and wholesome.

Bucharest today is one of the ugliest cities I've been to. Thankfully there are still some nice, older buildings. But it's a concrete jungle for the most part. And this is a city that used to be called Paris of the East before they ruined it.
