Super low seat. Personally I think you could do better. What do you guys think of the Honda Rebel 1100? It's only $10k. I imagine they're super reliable and fun to drive.

I own a super tenere which is a 750 parallel twin. Started production in 89. Gratuitous pic for youI watched only her episodes around Patagonia because I would like to go there, but as this video now popped up in my YT feed, I was curious about what bike she picked up next.
Her choice was interesting because one guy from my gym just bought exactly the same Tenere last week, and you own one too, right?
Currently, I'm watching Long Way Round from 2004 with Ewan McGregor, full of silly jokes and this time with women simping around them

I rode a triumph bobber that did that once. Freaked me out.I was more concerned about the pedals touching the asphalt during turns.
My friends. I am in the Grisons in Switzerland riding as many cols as I can before they close for the winter.

Haha. That's not quite the point of these trips. It's all about the twisties. Were you ever tempted to cut through the shoelace road and go straight across down the hill on your Teneré?
I used to have an old naked Goldwing and I'd make a point of scraping the engine guards for the fun of creating a shower of sparks.I rode a triumph bobber that did that once. Freaked me out.
I occasionally scrape them on the 9t when I'm getting a move on, still freaks me out.

Going through some of these places in a car at one point, I suddenly realised if I lost it in a corner there could be hundreds of metres of tumbling just like in the movies. These roads don't necessarily have warning signs be careful or something like that, you're just suddenly on it and better have some natural instincts kick in.The most spectacular roads in Switzerland
Set high in the Alps, in the central part of Europe, Switzerland offers a driving experience like no other. With about 200 of the most famous roads in the world, it’s worth noting the challenging mountain roads the country offers, renowned for their stunning Alpine landscapes.www.dangerousroads.org
On the way back from my my most recent trip on the Furka Pass I actually ended up going straight on at fairly ordinary looking left kink near the top.I have literally seen someone go down a mountain like that in the Alps on his Honda VTR1000, he was riding in our group of campers going through Europe on our bikes. He got caught out by a sharp corner locked the front brake and went head first down the mountain. Poor chap didn't live to tell the tale. Always be extra careful especially when there are lots of cars on those cols. But boy are they rewarding when you get it right.
A skittish motor-bike with a touch of blood in it is better than all the riding animals on earth, because of its logical extension of our faculties, and the hint, the provocation, to excess conferred by its honeyed untiring smoothness.
