Is fast food as a business doing well or is fast food dying out, how about vs the chipotle model.

A head chef is not a monkey work employee dude, give it a rest.
The concept still works at every level. There are coffee shops that hire baristas on minimum wage and then end up shutting up shop because their customers don't come back because the coffee sucks, meanwhile there are other coffee shops that pay well for good baristas and their business is booming. A business is only as good as the quality of its employees.

Thats shit, I didn't know it was like that out there. So what's your plan as of now?
I took a job selling insurance. Just have to pass the license exams to start. Base salary, commission and full benefits. Very lucky.

And the guys are my age, happy to train and want their employees to be ambitious. Breath of fresh air.

We'll see how it goes, but I recommend everyone try to get a sales job and see if it works out.

Haha so the #1 coffee shop in the world....what do they pay their employees?

I am a narcissist says the guy paying some of his employees $20 per hour while he is rolling in money. Its pure greed.

I'm not rolling in anything dude, your ignorance is disgusting.

Yes you are a narcissist, your goals in life are only for yourself which you have no shame in admitting. You can't even grasp that someone else doesn't have the same narcissistic selfish goals as you.

I know a bunch of guys who did really well for themselves selling insurance, it's like mortgage gigs but not nearly as volatile. God bless you brother I'm sure you'll do well, hope you have a lot of friends and family with policies....gotta get that quick first boost!

Thank you! I really appreciate it.

God bless you as well.

Starbucks is not known for having good coffee. Nobody goes there because they have the best coffee. If you are a small independent coffee shop and your coffee sucks you won't last long.

Are we talking actually about coffee or successful business here? Your examples are retarded copes for someone who can't admit they don't know shit about something....

So now you are crying poor when you are clearly a millionaire.

It reminds me years ago when I had a second job at a small company. I was doing the same job at a large company full time that paid 25% more per hour and I just worked at the small business on weekends. I was doing well and after a short time I asked for a pay raise and explained to the owners they were paying me less than what all of the larger companies were paying. They initially tried to cry poor and claim they couldn't afford to match that pay. They eventually relented and gave me the pay increase.

A few weeks after I got the pay increase they sold the family business to a large corporation for the equivalent of over $10 million US dollars. And when they sold the business for a big pay day they had 2 employees that had been with them for 15 years. They didn't give these guys a single cent of the pay day. They didn't even invite them out for a dinner. They could have given these two men at least a few thousand each in bonuses to show their gratitude.

Most small business owners I have met are completely greedy narcissists.

I'm not crying about anything at all and only trashy lowlife losers try to count other people's money.

Your mother goose stories are stupid and have no relevance to anything.

If I was paying people only $20 USD per hour which is a pretty shitty standard of living I would not be able to sleep at night but maybe that is just me.

Since you are a Christian shouldn't you be worried that god will judge you for your greed?

The best part about owning enough Bitcoin to retire off is that once I retire I will never again have to work for greedy narcissists like you.

I am done with this conversation.

Is that the best you can do, that's all you have left? All your nonsense got shredded to bits and you couldn't handle it so you took it here?

I could say a lot, you know I could, but I'm not doing that I'm done, I'll pray for you tonight.

You need money but the only thing they're willing to give you is slave wages. You show up and they start getting fresh with you, talking about you need an attitude adjustment. Not only are you losing all your youth, but you're responsible for someone else's success. People that roll up in a Benz, don't look at you and chat with middle management about how the numbers don't justify the perks you're getting.
The sickest part is that it's actually worse than this. I make what most people would consider "a lot" and relatively speaking, it still doesn't matter regarding changing your life that much, or with somewhat higher expectations due to achieving a lot, certainly any women now that I'm a bit older and socially the US is cooked more than ever. If the poor guys that don't have much of a future or expectation got to do a few more things with money, they'd also soon find that they'd be complaining about the next step, whatever that is (usually women, as is most things).
My two best employees are women over 50 with no kids or man at home. And boy are they loyal.
As J Peterson said, regardless of what anyone thinks of him at this point - he was right - the employee you can most easily take advantage of is the woman who is agreeable (most are) and conscientious. She'll basically be the perfect slave for you, in a way a guy wouldn't think twice for that nonsense. It doesn't hurt that women don't really need the money, or the added money, in society, like men do - another problem in general with them working and taking away opportunities, or added wages, from men.

Indeed. If women were barred from working and immigration was halted then there wouldn't be any men at all working for anything less than $35 USD per hour even for the most basic jobs as supply and demand would go back into equilibrium (currently labour supply and demand are well out of wack in favour of employers).

False equivalency coupled with magical thinking so let's deal with reality. #1, you will not be marrying a virgin. #2, women are working and immigration is increasing. #3, if you paid everyone $35 an hour (((they))) would raise the prices on everything making $35 worthless.

Until there is a war against the jews to force the unwrapping of their tentacles from the throws of US government and world power, everything else is putting the cart before the horse.

1) If/when I get married I will either marry a virgin or not get married at all. Some of us have standards.

2) I agree. That is why I said if as in it was a hypothetical scenario which I do not expect to happen within my lifetime.

3) Absolutely wrong. History proves that you are wrong. Firstly after the black plague in Europe real wages (adjusted for inflation) rose prodigiously due to the labour shortages caused by one third of Europe's population dying. The rising wages and improved working conditions were part of the reason why the renaissance occurred. Secondly you can see that since 1971 when the world went off the partial gold standard wages as a percentage of GDP declined while corporate profits as a percentage of GDP rose substantially.

In other words lower real wages was absorbed into higher profit margins. If the the trend were ever to reverse in the future higher real wages would cause corporate profit margins to be squeezed lower. So yes if everybody got paid $35 per hour due to women and immigrants being excluded from the workforce prices might rise a little but your wages would rise much faster. Just to further back up this point according to the AI generated answer when I did a google search:

"As a broad average, wages for S&P 500 companies typically fall within the 15-25% range of sales."

Even for example if you assume that S&P 500 companies are more profitable than the average company and you increase the figure to wages averaging 33% of sales. That means that mathematically if wages are 33% of sales and wages doubled (due to higher pay) then a 33% price increase for the consumer would cover the increased wages. So if your wages double and your cost of living increases 33% then you are way ahead. Although what we have seen historically is that when there is strong real wage growth part of it is absorbed by corporations being forced to lower profit margins so in reality the price increase in the above scenario would not be 33% but maybe something like 25%. There are historical scenarios where labor shortages caused this type of situation where real wages increased substantially.

You seem to think that rising wages is inflationary. That is Keynesian nonsense. There is no such thing as a "wage price spiral" in a non fiat system. Austrian economists know that the only true cause of inflation is an increase in the money supply. Otherwise if the money supply stays the same (i.e. a classical gold standard or a bitcoin standard) then if something rises in price then something else must fall in price to balance it as the total amount of money in the economy is the same.

For example If you have an economy where there is $100 and 50 apples and 50 oranges and apples and oranges cost $1 each then the 50 apples plus 50 oranges = $100. If the price of apples increased by 50% to $1.50 then 50 apples would cost $75 therefore the price of oranges would fall from $1 per orange to $0.50 per orange so that the 50 oranges would cost $25 in total and the total sum between apples and oranges would balance to $100.

Therefore do not point the finger of blame for inflation at rising wages. The blame must be attributed to a rising money supply. The concept of a "wage price spiral" has been thoroughly debunked by many Austrian economists and merely serves as a tool of distraction to divert blame from its true cause of the banking (and central banking system) which cause inflation by creating money out of thin air.
