With the rising popularity of IVF, egg donation, sperm donation, and surrogacy, Americans have been fed the marketing line that biology isn’t what makes a family. Yet in cases like Sophia’s, it becomes obvious that biology certainly matters when the adults say it matters.

IVF is man attempting to be God, who opens and closes the womb. It results in murder just like standard abortion, as multiple fertilized eggs are discarded after the parents “select” the one they want and dispose of the rest. It also leads to this bizarre and nightmarish scenario where the biological mother may not even carry her own baby, and then you have the competing interests of the birth mother and biological parent with a child torn in the middle. It should be banned.
 
Many career women have functional uteri but their ovaries shrunk, aka no eggs (premature menopause, possibly due to stress-related factors). The solution some of them take is to buy a healthy egg cell (oocyte) from young female donors which is then fertilized with the sperm of their partners. Obviously these women are not biologically related to their offspring, but at least they console themselves how they carried "their" babies in their tummies.
Pretty sad, but this mode of industry is blooming across Europe.
 
In some of the Orthodox prophesies of the last days they said children would be born in unnatural ways and they wouldnt be capable of being holy, they called them something like devil children, I wonder if this is it?

The worst is when there are sperm donors because these kids will never know who their real father is and if a high % of society is having babies this way they might actually land up marrying their brothers and sisters without knowing.

When I lived in a majority black city I came up with a theory that incest was likely more prevalent among blacks given some of the things I saw, and for the very reason you cited above. With a high out of wedlock birth rate, men impregnating multiple women, then going to prison and getting released years later without ever seeing their children or even knowing that they had them, and knocking up new women in the same area after release, I’d bet there are a lot of black men and women in those cities that have created children together and never knew they were brother and sister through a common father.
