They apparently left the safety of life in the USA to move to Russia to get away from western media propaganda

The wife made a YouTube channel to document all of this.

The husband had 10+ years of working as a repair tech and was hoping to either do that or be a military reporter but got sent to the frontlines instead.

Still alive for now but all of this seemed so ill advised and not thought out, hopefully he survives

But it does remind me of all of the illegals here in the USA who move here and aren’t happy and want to complain about the free food they are given etc

And the Huffman case was also explained there. He wasn't drafted. He voluntarily signed a contract, without knowing the Russian language.
