Meaning is it a skit? I took it as real. There have been cases like this of twins discovering each other. Personally I think splitting twins out for adoption is wrong, but it has happened a lot.
There's a whole category of research into the nature vs nurture question, investigating twins who were separated, to see how similar they are. So, it's happened many times.
The guys in the video started down this road, asking if the other twin has some trait of the one he knows.
