Apparently adding $100000 fee for new h1b visas. We need a fee on the existing visas . I guess this isn’t bad. If there really is sone genius in China or Japan that Microsoft or Amazon or apple wants to bring in then they can pay the $100000 fee.

I think this H1-B fee is a good move for sure, but since it's an executive order what are the chances that it gets struck down by the courts? It seems like too many decent proposals from this admin end up getting challenged in the courts.

Indians or other thirdworlders are not going to fork over 100 000 USD on an visa application that has high denial rates and only has a 1 year validity anyway, in its current form this is the deathblow to the H1B system.
