Donald Trump

Meanwhile...Rudy Giuliani has lost his permit to operate as a lawyer, and has been disbarred.

So when is Hunter Biden’s attorney Abbe Lowell being stripped of his ability to earn an income?

He falsely accused multiple people of manipulating the laptop data, all while speaking out of the other side of his mouth in saying the laptop was not/maybe was not Hunter’s.

Imagine raking in hundreds of thousands, if not a couple million by saying that a laptop that is your client’s and was not tampered with is, in fact, your client’s unchanged laptop.

Trump sentencing in hush-money case delayed until September

"A New York judge has delayed Donald Trump’s sentencing until September as his legal team seeks to challenge his conviction in the wake of a US Supreme Court ruling. Trump was initially scheduled to be sentenced on 11 July. His legal team asked for his conviction to be overturned after the nation’s highest court ruled that former presidents had partial immunity for “official” acts that took place during their presidency. Justice Juan Merchan said he would issue a decision on the motions by 6 September.

If sentencing is necessary, the judge wrote, it will take place on 18 September."

I imagine the hush money stuff would not fall under the "official" category. It's more of a personal nature and has nothing to do with Presidential actions.

This just seems like the judge is pushing the sentencing closer to the election as a last-ditch effort to damage Trump.

EDIT For those who haven't seen, SCOTUS ruled that Presidents are immune from prosecution, but only for "official" acts as president, not for acts where they're acting in a personal capacity. They don't really define the distinction though, so it would be up to a court to make that ruling on a case by case basis.
