Reminder that during the last prisoner swap, Biden secured the release of Russian political prisoners while leaving American citizens behind.
Not if they just rinse the inside of the cups, ignoring the outside where your lips would touch. Regardless, I will still ask for straws since I don't like having a wall of ice against my teeth when taking a sip.If that's the case, wouldn't the unsanitary bits already be in your drink from the dirty cup?
Where are you eating? An Indian side walk stand? Not if they just rinse the inside of the cups, ignoring the outside where your lips would touch. Regardless, I will still ask for straws since I don't like having a wall of ice against my teeth when taking a sip.
Many bars I have been to have the three sink system: soapy water, the fresh water, and the disinfectant rinse. The bartender swishes the glass vigorously in each sink, then sets it to drain and dry. I believe this does a good job on drink glasses.Where are you eating? An Indian side walk stand?
A washing machine, which all health inspected, is required in all restaurants in Texas. I'm sure all other places have health codes in the US that are comparable.
At my restaurant, and the ones I worked in before going into the military, you had a pre scrub station, then a hi powered dish washer. Generally restaurants rent these and the maintenance services through a contracting company. Many bars I have been to have the three sink system: soapy water, the fresh water, and the disinfectant rinse. It wouldn't do for plates, but I think those go back to a powered dishwasher in the kitchen.
It's the ice you have to worry about. I worked in refrigeration, and used to service ice machines. You wouldn't believe how disgusting it was. Anybody that works on ice machines knows this, and never orders any drinks with ice.Friends who worked in food service strongly advised me to use a straw. Those cups aren't cleaned nearly as thoroughly as you may think. That's why they give you straws.

That's fair. One or two accurate predictions in over 25 years of making forecasts does not make you reliable.
Broken clock is accurate twice a day and all that.
90% to 95% of the time his predictions turn out wrong.
