Key word is promised. He has promised a lot of things that he doesn't have the power to give, nor the permission to give. He is the silver-tongued Odysseus of the 21st century given his ability to fool so many Americans. Perhaps his upbringing surrounded by Manhattan jewry has blinded him from the truth, but that does not excuse him from being willfully ignorant.
In order to ban usury he would have to enact the still existing EO #11110 as written by Kennedy, write a new one that circumnavigates the fed by printing state-controlled currency backed by precious metals or resources, or repeal the Federal Reserve act of 1913 entirely. Anyone who has attempted to touch the jew's system of control has met an early end.
"Ending usury" has only ever worked when jews were removed from all positions of power in finance, media, education, medicine, law & government, and entertainment, all six heads of the hydra. He will never do that.

I applaud your hope in Trump, and I too have hope, not in Trump, but in my future in America. Things are very weird here on the ground and I am not comfortable with these smart phone, sportsball, gambling, porno addicted normies who ride my bumper while not using turn signals and revving their engines until their noise amplifying "mufflers" go "pop." I have personal solutions to deal with this disrespectful, greedy, deviant, over-sexualized, anti-Christian society, and they have nothing to do with Trump. I will be relying on Trump for nothing, as I feel that he has done nothing for me in the past. I view "men" like Trump as part of the problem, not the solution. Like many false claims that Trump has made over his lifetime, he cannot ban usury. I'm not sure if he even genuinely understands the term? It's happening again. A prominent California-based comic strip creator, cartoonist and author has been arrested on suspicion of possession and creating child pornography. The incident is added to a growing list of arrests of establishment news employees and syndicated content creators for child abuse in the past couple of years.
Darrin Bell, 49, who is the first Black American winner of the Pulitzer Prize for Editorial Cartooning, was arrested Wednesday morning at his south Sacramento home by Sacramento County Sheriff’s Office investigators. Deputies had served a search warrant against Bell following an investigation by the Sacramento Valley Internet Crimes Against Children Detectives task force.
In a search of Bell's home, investigators found 134 videos of child pornography linked to an account owned and controlled by Bell as well as computer generated/artificial intelligence child pornography, authorities said.
Darrin Bell is best known for his Candorville comic strips and other work published by the Washington Post injecting far-left ideology, race grifting, pro-illegal immigration views and LGBT issues into his content. He is decidedly anti-Trump and anti-conservative. Trump rally today. They pretended to have tickets and pretended to have a line. I was told that the "line" or "lines" were 1 and a half miles long and I believe it. People were coralled through, at times, caged in areas that were overseen by National Guard troops for 4 hours circling the venue only to be dumped in a mosh pit of pandemonium. Unreal! Acces to the venue via 6th and 7th street were blocked. Met some really nice people though.
