You can’t make this up: Dafna Yoran is the Manhattan prosecutor currently throwing the book at Daniel Penny.

In 2019, she gave a reduced sentence to a black man who murdered an asian college professor as he was withdrawing cash from an ATM.

She said that it was under the guise of “restorative justice” and ended up giving him 10 years for manslaughter after he was originally charged with murder.

Now she’s attempting to imprison an innocent man who protected a group of people on the subway.

This is the face of the medical examiner who declared Daniel Penny guilty of MURDER before the toxicology report on Jordan Neely even came back.

Would you trust this woman?

Dr. Cynthia Harris said that even if it turned out that Neely had enough fentanyl in him “to put down an elephant,” she still would have stuck with her original decision.

Trump can always just pardon him immediately upon taking office. That would be the righteous thing to do. It would set the tone immediately, and I would give my full support to the president if that were to happen. Nothing stopping him from doing that. You think he would do that?

Would love that but if we're judging him on past actions then no I don't think he would, not because he wouldnt want to but because Trump did his best to be moderate on everything, he did his best to not ruffle the feathers of the other side and just do common sense things that would help everyone. Of course they didn't appreciate that at all and constantly acted like he did the exact opposite. Some here would like to say it was weakness but I think it was his attempt to bring everyone together instead of divide them, pretty much be the opposite of obama after seeing how much damage he did to everything. I think he thought that if he kept doing good things that it would turn around and everyone would see that they would have to. It was a noble idea but he didn't account for nearly for half the population being brain dead idiots who listen to whatever LeBron and Beyoncé tell them along with the jew media and are miserable so they wanted him as a lightning rod to make themselves feel better.

But maybe he'll surprise us, maybe he'll have learned that he was damned if he did and damned if he didn't and just start doing things that are right instead of trying to appease everyone. I hope so.

I said that tongue in cheek but we can all fantasize. Trump is more likely to be launching missiles at Iran by March while Daniel Penny gets acquainted with the cell in which he’ll spend the next few decades. If we had an advocate in the White House that prosecutor wouldn’t be around anymore by that time.

Everyone in NYC is aware of just how absolutely horrible their subway system is. Its dirty, mostly worn down, and nearly always extremely overcrowded. Most are willing to overlook that though because the fix to that will be costly and take a long time to add new lines/routes and renovate the existing infrastructure. As long as they can get around theres not too much they'll get overly vocal about. The problem is that in addition to the above the ride are hardly ever peaceful and sometimes they get tense to the point of being possibly dangerous. The only New Yorkers vocally opposing Penny and the actions he took are people that are part of the problem: enablers, mischief makers, professional victims, and a small vocal minority of antiwhite racists.

I understand the sentiment, but would you say the same if it was a family member on the other side of that gun barrel? I pray no one dies and everyone sees the truth behind this kind of rhetoric: this is the language of the devil and his followers. This is a great example of free speech, let us see evil for what it is and use it to illustrate what we will not become.
