No one we are allowed to vote for will be allowed to do anything about it. But the fact people are getting over the "as long as they come legally" and minds are changing; it is a good first step.
This is why your once nice country is being overrun by third wolders and our technology has fallen so far behind China that we probably couldn't catch up even if we kicked them all out.

The 8 hour workday is bad for people’s health, it leads to fatigue and burnout. It’s a relic from the beginning of the Industrial Revolution and contributes to the decline of functioning society as people have less energy for other pursuits.
That, and still having to work 8 hours a day is another example of how voting changes nothing. Meaning, no matter who is in charge, the benefits (resources) of a higher efficient society only go to the billionaire class.
Then go find a job where you can work a different schedule. They do exist.
Complaining about the way things are with out a solution is just mental masturbation.
No, it gives rise to people realizing this system is satanic and evil and voting never has changed anything of meaning. This is the path of the red pill, and it is a very important discussion that is picking up steam.
I don’t work a job that is the standard 40 hour work week right now. I’m more focused on how it affects people in general.

You understand how crazy you sound in trying to say that by working you're doing all the things you entail in your argument?
8 hour days aren't bad at all if we worked 4 days a week. 5 days wouldn't be bad with 6 hour shifts.
There's so much wasted time at work that cutting back on hours wouldn't even be a problem for many jobs.
I'll even do the 4 10s just to get a 3 day weekend.
