We're also paid laughable wages compared to previous generations and the current cost of housing, rent and living in general. Fortunately there are still affordable regions in the US, but it's a shit show on the West Coast. The older people at these companies are completely out of touch, or greedy bastards that don't care.

No. The problem isn't the amount of hours we work.
Working hard is good. Long hours are fine as long as you are there to do work not to look like you are.
The problem is that Nationalism is on life support, our economies are being drained dry by Jews, and we're under attack in every way from our health to mainstream media.
If there was unity and patriotism, and a general sense of brotherhood instead of massive numbers of immigrants invading every European Country, instead of HR that does nothing but get in the way, if our efforts weren't benefiting Jews more than our own people, working long hours and pushing ourselves hard would be something to be proud of, something we respected others for.
Not something employers would try to take advantage of us, not something that seems pointless, draining and foolish.
Yeah, every European country should be able to afford to have people work less than that and still make a living, but don't be mistaken, diligence is a virtue. The issue here is external. Satan has corrupted and weaponised multiple systems against us.
There is a HUGE difference in working for purpose v. working to slave away and pay your bills.
Working for purpose is something we should be happy to do all day and all night, if we are inspired to do so. Being productive and proud of our creativity is the very basis of the human experience.
And yes, the greatest weapon the satanic elites have is importing weirdo third world people into our countries and destroying humanity in the process.
I don't feel like my 50-60 hours (sometimes more) working is the evil. Quite the opposite. I feel blessed to live in a country where I can work this hard and have my efforts rewarded comensurately. I've gotten great satisfaction in the work I do making a difference for both my family and humanity at large and drink the coolaid.... If I didn't id leave.
Not everyone has that work experience I understand.
Youre right that almost no work is focused on your individual situation or well being... A company is a company. They exist to make money. And we should also regulate the inspiration of 3 world persons to prevent them from depressing wages.
