In what world is shooting a person driving a 4000 lb machine running into you not self defense?
Hitting someone with your car is considered assault with a deadly weapon.
Either you've not watched the footage or this is just a really misinformed take.
Another video, this from the front, but at a distance. However, it is clear from this angle that the officer who shot did not position himself in front of Good's vehicle. He and another were on the passenger side, but when Good was approached at her driver's door, when she backed up, she re-oriented the vehicle to be aimed at the officer who shot and then accelerated forward into him.
This video also shows her passenger exiting and the commentary from CNN said the video was 4 minutes long and details Good's parking in the middle of the road. The passenger was probably the videographer who was taking film of Good's purposeful impeding of the ICE convoy and released the initial video of her being shot.

So here’s a more nuanced take. After viewing more videos, she did indeed start “reversing” her car before going forward. Makes it a bit different. The cop is responding to a hostile situation, so to be clear, from a legal perspective he shouldn’t face prosecution.
There is the view he could have jumped to the side without shooting, but it’s difficult to blame him based on a fast heated situation. Furthermore, as unfortunate it is she died, she kinda “brought this upon herself.”
For example neither I or anyone on this forum would be participating in these aggressive protests, since we support ICE enforcement, so we have nothing to fear. She on the other hand is a bit of an instigator, even if she wasn’t intending to be violent this aggressive behavior can lead to these kinds of altercations. So I hope the left learns a lesson from this, but of course that’s wishful thinking.

She was somewhat attractive when she was young, but this just goes to show how a person's appearance takes on their character and emotional baggage. She looks hideous in this picture, due to the poisonous attitudes and feelings she's been internalizing and living out in the years leading up to this photo. They need to bulldoze this, arrest everybody involved, hold them in jail at least overnight, and put them in front of non-woke judges and put some kind of fines and legal hassles on them. Make it too much hassle to be worth it.
These kinds of things could be shut down immediately if they would just arrest people for breaking existing laws.

After a little time has passed, my take on this today is the same as my immediate reaction at the time - the agent was justified, but guarantee he takes no pleasure in shooting someone in the face and this wouldn't have happened if this woman hadn't decided to deliberately insert herself into a situation in which she had zero stake.
We can microanalyze and parse out multiple frames and angles and try to discern intent from the moment, but let's step back and look not at the result of the reaction of both parties to 3 seconds of decision-making and action (her driving off and the agent firing) to try to find intent, but instead look at the totality of the event and try to infer intent from that standpoint.
The ICE agent was there for part of larger immigration enforcement surge. They were there to enforce the law. Their primary objective is to detain and arrest illegal immigrants and as a secondary control and if necessary detain those who interfere with that objective. They are not there to kill or injure people intentionally, citizen or not.
This woman was there for the sole intent of disrupting this enforcement action. This is absolutely none of her business in the same way that - on a personal level - this is none of anyone's business except for the illegals facing detention and the federal agents conducting this operation. She did not live there. She is not employed there. She wasn't patronizing a business there. She was not visiting a friend there. She is not so-and-so illegal's family, friend, attorney, or concerned party.
She woke up that morning with her co-parenting lesbian lover and both decided to - after dropping off her child - spend the day interfering with ICE operations in the area. As is noted, Good was unemployed and her lesbian lover is de-facto self-employed with some handyman company and clearly she had no work lined up that day as they again decided to spend their weekday hours following around ICE agents looking to become a disruption.
I refrain for emphasis she decided to drop off her child to actively disrupt ICE enforcement of strangers for no direct or indirect compensation or tangible benefit to her and her family.
There is your manifest intent. There is your conclusion as to 'fault.' You put yourself into a dangerous situation for no reason and you increase your chance of earning the outcome you deserve. This is not 'victim-blaming' because a) her overall intent shows she is not a victim and b) she chose to put herself in this situation despite all logical arguments to the contrary. No, she doesn't deserve to be dead, but this is the outcome she desired in one way or another.
This also speaks to a larger mental condition plaguing society at large in this country. When this shooting happened and it was made know it was a 'citizen' not an illegal who was shot and died, my mental imagery conjured up either a loud-mouth torta or a bulldyke lesbian with a masculine appearance. I was right. Why? Because a normal woman doesn't do this. A woman who is in a stable hetrosexual relationship with a strong male, especially one with children does not do this. And its quite possible this woman was that woman at some point in the past. But I bet if you look closely after her last husband died, you'll see lots of psychotropic drugs, 'alternative' lifestyle engagement, possibly even precursors to this during the later days of their marriage.
A normal, mentally-stable person doesn't act like this.

Bad kill. The ICE agent is out of the way of the car by the time he pulls the trigger. Woman was being retarded but that could have been resolved without blasting her in the face. Very disheartening to see.
I think ICE is being instructed to do aggressive/bad-looking PR stuff to incite further protesting and disorder, presumably for further crackdown but maybe there's another motive I'm not seeing. It's sketchy to me and seems like the actual objective is not the stated objective.

If you were a cop, you think people should be allowed to back up, turn towards you, then drive forward and actually hit you, but it's ok because you can try to jump out of the way?
If I were a cop, I would not find this acceptable. I would want people to know driving a car towards cops means bullets.
Trump has had dozens of opportunities, where it would have been totally justified to go after and dismantle the left, and he has squandered every one. Trump will most likely go down as the worst president in history, because he was the last president who had a chance to save America, and chose to do nothing. History will look back at his inaction as a massive failure.
I guarantee they won't be able to prove intent to harm the officer beyond a reasonable doubt and that the officer loses his job (maybe even jail time).
