Since the president cannot repeal legislation that goes contrary to the 2nd Amendment, what he can do is get rid of NICS, or strip it of all authority and let it exist in name only if he cannot do that. The entire purpose of the agency is to infringe upon your rights.

Social Security checks, especially if they are direct deposit, should be relatively straightforward to investigate. Where was the check deposited? Who is authorized on that account? Who made draws against it?
