I've seen nowhere what was hit or if they were all shot down.
Apparently of 6 missiles launched, 5 were shot down and 1 was damaged, so no direct hits.
I wonder how much those 6 missiles cost the US taxpayer

I've seen some sources that claim the ATACMS missiles have been in use for some time, and furthermore Russia can shoot most of them down anyway, so this is not really anything new.
The counter point is that the ATACMS missiles require US satellite guidance, and are now being used against targets inside Russia. However, again, some say even these attacks into Russia have already been happening for some time, so there's little or no actual change here.
The fact that this is being trotted around by the MSM makes it seem like the intent is to provoke Russia and try to stir things up before Trump gets in. However, if they do nothing more than they have already been doing, then Putin will probably just wait for Trump, rather than letting himself be goaded into an escalation he doesn't want. He's on a winning track in Ukraine, so why mess it up?

If I'm reading Putin right, he'll wait this out until Trump is in office (the Rat's escape: America being the rat and Trump being the escape option in Putin's way of thinking). If Trump continues such attacks into Russia proper, he'll have to take decisive action or take more mockery for his famous red-line vacilation.

Security Alert: U.S. Embassy Kyiv, Ukraine (November 20, 2024)
Location: Ukraine, all districts
Event: The U.S. Embassy in Kyiv has received specific information of a potential significant air attack on November 20. Out of an abundance of caution, the Embassy will be closed, and Embassy employees are being instructed to shelter in place. The U.S. Embassy recommends U.S. citizens be prepared to immediately shelter in the event an air alert is announced.
Actions to Take:
- Monitor local media for updates
- Identify shelter locations in advance of any air alert
- Immediately take shelter if an air alert is announced
- Follow the directions of Ukrainian officials and first responders in the event of an emergency

Correction: The United Kingdom fired 12 Storm Shadow missiles into Russia. Ukrainians have zero capacity to fire these long-range missiles, because they require access to top secret satellites in order to coordinate the missiles. This means that only British military personnel with top secret security clearances can fire these missiles. Same for Americans and ATACMS.
I know they're trying to provoke WW3 before Trump arrives, but does this have any strategic objective? It's like trying to conquer a neighbouring street by throwing some bricks randomly at houses and leaving it at that. A pointless waste of resources. Meanwhile our pensioners are left to freeze to death. These people making such decisions will die and be judged. No wonder Jesus asked for the Father's forgiveness for those who crucified him.
