First tell us what you see.
I see the outline of a face in profile, two eyes at top, then nose and lips, probably a black man. I can see how the image is slightly abstract, but can't see what the other view would be.
The second image is unmistakably a cat, with a towel or sheet around it.
Edit: I see what the first is. The picture is deceptive.
Edit2: I think I see what the second one is, but I think it is such a leap that it's not really two images in one. The first image is two in one, but this one and the anime girl with the scarf only have the most fleeting resemblance in shape to the thing they are intended to be dually linked with. Putting a kitten's face in the middle of what the other image normally looks like, and replacing other key elements with wadded fabric is enough to remove all semblance of the original.

I reverse image searched it from curiosity a while ago. I was disappointed. The black lipstick is too attention grabbing.

I only access this forum on my computer...I did what Caduceus said..."Liar"...BOOO....lame...not as good as the other ones.
I was disappointed too. It is a little clever because it's like the apparent profile picture is a lie.
Also, it looked to me like the facial profile had the appearance of a black man. I was trying to see if it looked like a known public figure, as if calling that person a liar in particular, but I couldn't recognize who it would be.
I do think it's a true dual picture. You can see it as a facial profile or as handwriting. Same with the duck/rabbit. On the other hand, I could see that the cat in the towel is the happy merchant, but it's too much of a leap for me to consider it a dual picture.
It's like if you took a picture of Yosemite National Park, and then made another picture with food that looks like a regular table full of food and dishes, but just happens to have the objects creating the same shapes in the image as the famous rock formations in the park. Maybe have a serving spoon positioned to match the waterfall.
Or maybe have a picture of a demolition derby, with a series of wrecked and mangled cars in a local fairgrounds arena, but the resulting image just happens to match the layout of Da Vinci's painting of the Last Supper.
Having a totally different picture that superficially matches the primary shapes of a well known picture is cool in a certain way, but it's not the same as a picture that can be viewed as two different things.

No, for the record, my church is fairly accepting of all people's as it's a mostly converts church.. And my priest did make a joke about my wife looking ethnic, and said she'd fit in.... So maybe that's the response you're looking for? There was no vodka slurping, nor any snide remarks about her ethnicity... Which wouldn't really make sense as there's a lot of different ethnic groups in the Orthodox Church as it is... But ok ..
