I think this was mentioned on RooshV before, but the Rainbow Flag has 6 colours instead of the 7 that an actual rainbow has.
The missing colour is Indigo, which represents unity with God.
On top of that, 7 represents perfection and completion in the Bible. While 6 represents imperfection, sin and the weakness of man.
That's why the mark of the beast is either 616 or 666, because 6 is one less than 7, and thus imperfect.
Finally, the one we all know, that the rainbow was a sign of God's promise to not flood the world again, and they are mocking this promise by saying you can't stop them from sinning.
It's a surprise to me that the flag was designed by a "Christian" and not a Jew. Such an elaborate insult to God seems like it couldn't have been thought up by any who even pretended to be a Christian.
