Rachel Zegler looks like the eastern European Pro dodgeball player in Dodgeball. Once you've know this you can't unsee it.Rachel Zegler is better looking than Gal Gadot.
Fight me.
In all seriousness, though, Hollywood ran out of ideas so long ago they came up with this one: We'll make the same movie repeatedly, albeit with a different cast. If you don't pay to see it again, it's 'cause you're racist.
Ok, I admit: Fran Stalinovskovichdavidovitchsky  is in fact, cuter than Rachel Zegler. But while we're being honest here, Fran was the true beauty of that hollywood masterpiece, after all.Once you've know this you can't unsee it.
In certain movies like Sleeping Beauty, I believe the plan is to use average-looking women like Zegler who "get the prince" in the end. Women who are 6s and 7s watch these films and think they deserve the same and thus they don't settle for men in the equivalent range in the social marketplace. Can you imagine if Greco-Roman or Renaissance art and statuary left behind unsightly and ugly depictions of people?
Society needs standards. The whole Marxian uplift trend we have now is truly unfortunate. Visually disagreeable people are being cast in things to make them or those like them feel better (this is called "representation"). Guess what? Most people don't want to see their ugly mugs, in real life or otherwise. If that makes them feel bad, maybe they can work on not having that bother them? I say this as someone who wouldn't cast himself in anything. People need to know their place. People used to go to the movies to be transported somewhere faraway, romantic, or simply better than what they were used to seeing in their real lives. Now it's like the only thing Hollywood wants people to experience on screen is what it's like to live in the nearest slum.
That is probably a bit heavy for children to stomach. Maybe conversations like that need to be had when they are aged 16 - 18 rather then when they are young. Also not every non white is the enemy. A lot more nuance is needed than that. You have no option but to tell your kids the world around you hates you, wants you dead ... And every interaction with a non white and non familiar person could be your demise.
Disagree and I can remember these conversations with my old man at age 12 or so.That is probably a bit heavy for children to stomach.
