Internet famous prankster Vitaly from classic-era youtube has been arrested in Philippines for obnoxious behavior and other retarded stunts.

‘Limits’ to Filipino hospitality: Russian vlogger arrested over harassment

Vitaly Zdorovetskiy, 33, faces a litany of complaints lodged against him, after he filmed himself verbally abusing locals and causing a nuisance.

Lots of videos online of people gloating about it. This is riding on top of a recent controversy of some black vlogger Johnny Somali harassing Asians in Asia, culminating in him facing chargers in South Korea at the moment.



Skimming through some general comments on the Philippines apparently "disrespecting" them can be a criminal offense if they choose to take it to that level. Something as simple as arguing with a local in an aggressive manner. Maybe not a prison sentence but being blacklisted and your visa revoked.

Fascinating stuff.

I love to hear about these pranksters getting burned hard. Having them shot or beat up is good, but having them get arrested and sentenced to decades in prison is also very gratifying.

Sounds like the flips are looking to throw the book at him. Cases can take up to ten years just to be heard while you languish in squalor with no bail.

I think the potential punishments are overkill. He is just a prankster. 2 or 3 years community service would be punishment enough (of course if he re-offended after that then harsher punishments could be considered).

This is a reoffend. He got off pretty lightly a few years ago when he tried to hug a random chick on the street or something like that, in America, and ending up losing his shit and knocking her out when she pushed back or something. Maybe she had some choice words too.
Hes surprisingly managed to build his audience back up since then. He’s not the first to pull this stuff lately in Asia so it looks like they want to make an example of him. You wouldn’t see these guys trying this boneheaded stuff in Mexico or Ghana after all.
