Iran-Israeli Conflict Thread

Then, I wonder what caused Spain to go against the western satanic masters. Maybe they know they could be hit by Iran, and that would cause too much panic in the stock market, that the satanic masters gave them permission to bow out.
I wonder too but I suspect that between this and the pro-palestinian demonstrations we've seen it could be the deeply ingrained Christian morality of the Spanish people, despite all their liberal flaws papering over. Good for them. Looks like they have a will to be saved.

Spain is governed by a leftist socialist government which means their tendency is going to be siding with third world anti-US interests. This explains their current stace on the war more than any sort of 'Catholic soul'. The current prime minister is an atheist socialist.

The pro-Palestinian support in Spain and Ireland definitely has a Catholic element to it, even if that manifestation is mostly cultural.

The motivations for those sorts of demostrations referred to above are more akin to the motivations you see for Black Lives Matter protests and protests to support gay marriage recognition. That's what drives those protestors not any sort of Catholicism. If you want to say there's any sort of as secularized Christian culture behind these demonstrations I would say they have more of a Protestant flavor since it's liberal Protestantism (such as that which fueled the Civil rights protests in the US in the 1960s and the Progressive movement in the early 20th century) that eventually lead to the sort of secular humanism you see on display in those Spanish and Irish protests.

For their own sakes, I hope Russia and China are covertly supporting Iran.

But are they? I am doubtful.
re:China helping Iran

For a major BRI and SCO client, they have helped economics (purchased 90% of Iranian export oil while under US sanctions), diplomatic support, and upgraded their electronic warfare, and encrypted navigation - likely a factor that has made their missiles VERY accurate given range and I doubt those $1.1B USD radars (now confirmed by both sides) wouldve been taken out if werent for those support.

The US also needs refined rare earth to replaced advanced weapony like those radars jets ships that China has a 7-10 window of monopoly over.

These have kept Iran in the game against a global hegemon.

China only has 1 military alliance they are obligated to intervene - North Korea.

They do not believe in entangling alliances and will even trade with countries that has been regime changed by the US

It's off-topic so just as a quick personal anecdote - closest buddy is Irish, US immigrant, his mother, brothers and sisters back home in their 2nd tier city are very active in the pro-Palestinian cause, as is their parish. They're also anti-immigrant, as you know Ireland is being kalergied pretty hard.

The Chinese have also injected billions into the Iranian central bank to stabilize their economy. It's not just about oil purchases, as they know that the entire oil infrastructure might be destroyed and they may not see that oil anytime soon, they are propping up the Iranian regime, similarly to how the EU/US has prevented total economic meltdown in Ukraine.

I get that they're white, and I'm sure most IRL are great people, but the Baltic people I encounter on the Internet are unhinged and often deeply unpleasant NAFO types. In One Day in the Life of Ivan Denisovich, Solzhenitsyn wrote the protagonist had never met a bad Estonian. If he were around to register an X account, he'd probably revise that novel.

Yes, they're great people for casual, polite small talk. But they're definitely brainwashed.

Spain is an interesting case. I despise how they promote feminism and LGBT values. However, even during the pandemic they essentially didn't exclude the unvaxxed from social life or work.

They have some weird law whereby no one can be forced to reveal medical information about himself. Thus, life was relatively normal for me back then in Madrid and Barcelona.

In addition, Spaniards want to be inclusive to a fault. Antivaxxers, feminists, Muslims, trannies, "Nazis", you name it, no one should be discriminated, according to Spaniards. That's what saved me during the pandemic.
