That Iranian moderates have worked out a deal with the west that they can put on a show, take out the hardliners, but not have a complete full pro-west govt. installed that will satisfy China with oil sales and satisfy Israel with less threat. Maybe that is all that we are seeing, is just this theatre and it is all planned ahead.

He is basing this off the market moves, as he is a market expert.

I honestly think he is legit, at least in his beliefs about what will occur, due to his knowledge of the markets. I have no idea if what he predicts will come true, but he makes a good case for it when looking at the markets. Now, if Oil is like $100 on Monday morning, then his thoughts have been blown out of the water and he is wrong.
