While you're obviously right, I don't understand why the opinion of young leftists should be used as a measuring stick. It's a pity these approval rates aren't sorted by gender.

Keep in mind that, even in cases where ICE arrest rapists and murderers, those leftists are against any form of deportation or arrest and are even willing to die for them.

Purely out of interest, what could Trump give 18 to 44 year olds that would get him their approval? What do they value?

Jobs, affordable housing, pretty much anything this country no longer offers young people but did 50 years ago.

It was obvious from the start he only used ICE to get people to support immigration do his rich friends can drive down labor costs.

I was talking to a 43 year old guy, who never gets political, and I never get political, and he is a Navy Vet. And I said, "Man, this economy is bad, it is REAL bad", and he totally agreed. And I said, "I don't want to get political, I don't believe any politician will do anything to help us, but when the sitting President gets up there and says the economy is good, as bad as things are, that level of gaslighting is just going to cause a massive reaction"

And he agreed and said: "yes, if the dumbass just got up there and said 'the economy isn't good, the numbers on it are proving this, but we are working to fix it', and then had no intention of fixing it, at least people would feel better and maybe spend a little more money and cause the economy to slightly improve in the meantime".

I knew Trump would be bad, but I never thought he would be THIS bad.

Comes down to the sector.
I for one had a good year and can't complain, but I know a couple of guys who got the short end of the stick last year.

I will be honest. The only people I know doing well are in the upper income levels and are getting burned out from long hours. Most people I know are struggling and barely able to cover their bills, despite cutting back on everything.

Same I'm doing better than ever as are many people I know, most of the guys I know who aren't doing well is because they wanted easy lives with disposable adult daycare jobs....nothing lasts forever you have to keep pushing forward and adapt.
