You're attempting to minimize the example with the cliché that China is a big country, so that in any case, one individual occurrence of a problem can be dismissed.

In the USA and the West, apathy to someone lying injured in the street is the exception, but in China it's the norm. The worst example of this apathy was in 2011, in a city next to where I lived, Foshan, Guangdong, where the family of a 2 year-old girl, Wang Yue, also known as "Little Yue Yue," was at a large market crisscrossed by small streets tending their stall.
The girl wandered away and was struck at low speed by a vehicle, and then ignored for over an hour by a total of 18 other people, some pedestrians stepping around her, another vehicle driving over her again, as well as more driving around her. Finally, a street cleaner picked her up and took her to her mother, but she died in the hospital a couple of days later.

I do not see how communities not cooperating with the police is at all comparable.

I already did, and it is blocked, probably by twitter. I get it, I have seen videos of people collapsing in China and people walk around them as if they are an annoyance. I had Chinese friends and asked them about this, and they explained it as they are far too busy and far too many people to take time to care about this one stranger.
White people have had it easy, because they have mostly lived amongst themselves. We build the best civilization, we are more caring and nurturing, we protect the wildlife and animals. Most the rest of the world does not live like this at all. And as the west becomes less and less White, these realities will come here. We see China's bottom and now they are more powerful and better than the west. The bottom for the west is a long ways off and will be devastating.

I just drove across 3 US states yesterday. Let me tell everyone here what I saw... I saw not one car accident. Every stop light worked. The roads and bridges were in excellent condition and not once did I have to break for a pothole, much less do I need to have my front end aligned after such an arduous journey. There was massive construction projects everywhere and around every corner. A BMW factory here, a Ryobi battery plant there. Thousands of new upscale apartments in all directions. Dozens of new Starbucks under construction. Every place I stopped for gas the pumps were full and gas was under $3 a gallon.
I could go on and on, but the point is that America is an unstoppable machine firing on all cylinders. America has it's fair share of problems for sure, but If one can't turn American lemons into lemonade then that's on you. I did 3K in cash sales this past weekend selling dirty old clothing to teenagers and college students. My sales are increasing week after week, not decreasing. The economy is not in a "bubble" or a "recession." That fake terminology is for jew loving MSM clowns who are knee deep in the blackpilled Matrix because they are tied to The System with a corporate ball and chain.
