Looks like the guy on the left is fine, not sure about right. Possibly got swept out of the way but man, what were they even doing on there???

If he's a good swimmer he should be fine(ish).
They weren't wearing wetsuits made for swimming in ice water. Also weren't wearing life vests. I'd say they had to be plucked out of that ice water ASAP and warmed up very rapidly or the cold water would make then sink.
