That said, given that they don't have an open doors policy, they can make sure nearly every Muslim or black immigrant either studies or has a job and obviously speaks the language. Russians are well aware of the benefits and preferential treatment refugees get in Europe and they simply can't fathom why our governments treat them that well and why we as people continue to keep those governments in power.
