I have no problem hiring dispensable warehouse workers lots of people are more than willing to move boxes for $20 an hour, I have a problem hiring people who can run a business. It has nothing to do with pay, I pay very well and make people partners when they show they are worthy of it. Stop making stupid assumptions.

A warehouse employee has no relation to someone that can actually run a business, you're in way over your head here and it shows.
Sometimes when you don't know what you're talking about you should shut your mouth and listen instead of arguing because you think whatever is in your head can't possible be wrong. You do a lot of that.

There are plenty of people who can run a business competently. If you can't find these people you are doing something wrong somewhere in the process.
And you never will be a mega corporation like Costco with your crappy attitude.

I don't need to be a business owner to understand how business works. And I am not some Marxist. I have owned plenty of stocks in the past so I am well aware of how businesses work.

Disagree. The people capable of running a business competently aren't going to do it unless they are getting paid a lot. Monkeys will of course happily take a meager paycheck and run your business into the ground for you.

As Warren Buffett pointed out stocks are part ownership in a business. When you own stocks you a part owner and need to think like a part owner. Sure you are a passive investor and aren't running the business but you need to be able to analyze the business and understand how it works. I have also worked in a lot of different businesses so I have had exposure to different ways of doing things and when I walk into a new business as an employee I typically see within a matter of weeks a large number of mistakes the company is making and all the things it is doing that are not best practice and how I could easily run it better if it was my company. And before you interject that I am being arrogant most businesses are poor performers.

Just because most people are retards in doesn't mean it is some kind of miracle to find somebody who isn't a retard. You aren't hunting for unicorns. Besides most of the time you are better off training up one of your existing employees to run a business for you. If you cannot do that it either means you aren't paying enough for the increased responsibility, you aren't hiring the right people or you aren't training them well enough. But in any case there is some kind of deficiency you need to address rather than just blaming your problems on others.
There are plenty of businesses (especially the larger ones) where CEOs get promoted to their position based on their connections rather than merit and often times the CEO is a retard and there are plenty of employees in the company who could manage the company better than the CEO could. Just because somebody is in a position of authority it doesn't mean they deserve to be there any more than you do.
Are you even reading anything I'm saying? I do train my current employees to run the businesses if they show they are worthy of it, I've said that multiple times in multiple ways.
