This is not inconsistent at all if you assume their intent in all policies is solely to harm Americans, not benefit whomever they claim should be a recipient of their charity.
I think you're giving them too much credit. They don't care about harming Americans at all, they do not think about anyone except themselves. They support whatever policy gets them the most JewBux. They have no spine nor principles, and will turn on anyone the second it benefits them. Treachery personified.

In my opinion the point of immigration is the belief that whites “stole land” from the natives and that therefore whites have no right to prevent others from entering the country, so pro-immigration to the US is just anti-white motivated.

It's both. Government funds are allocated into one of many "funds". Some funds are more specific, others are general operating funds that have a high degree of discretion allowed.

Because they vote for the party that will give them the greatest chance at material improvement, with no concern of the cost to society. And plenty of liberal men do this too. For example, many industries are supported by the state, so they vote for the statist party. It's almost entirely self-centered. Of course they will justify their actions in the name of noble interest, such as stopping climate change or whatever.
