US Border Crisis

Someone I know helped a non-English speaking Mexican who'd been working here 10-11 months out of the year for over 15 years get his citizenship and all it took was a little money for lawyer.

Dude speaks maybe 50 words of English and they began processing his family members while his was getting done even though they had not been here.

I don't remember the timeline perfectly, but it took a year or two for his green card and another year or two for citizenship, and his daughter's paper work was right there along with his being processed.

I don't know what the lawyer cost, but it couldn't have been much. I'm guessing less than $5K.

My "friend" is bi-lingual and helped him with all the paper work. If he'd had to pay a translator for all that it would have cost.
I have some thoughts on this. For starters, your friend is a major eunuch for helping (free or not) someone who in reality probably sees him as a sucker and a fool for helping him. Even on the off chance this mexican dude himself is grateful I can guarantee you his family will NOT be, and will come to the US with a major entitlement and hostility towards any of the host natives (real, white, Americans) who they see they can't hoodwink or take advantage of. If there's one thing hispanics are good at, it's pretending to be innocent, humble, hardworkers, who only come here for a better life when the reality is far more insidious. They do work, yes, but their genuine work ethic, quality, and overall behavior is shoddy. They have no problem grabbing as much welfare as they can while working under the table (easily done as hispanics are the default choice for any employers as they pay these guys less and they wont complain about proper work safety or standards).

All of these qualities make whites easy prey for them since decades of comfy living conditions and no real struggle or fight have made them soft, dull, and psychologically vulnerable. Their arrogance in thinking that college and being well read in books conpletely prepares them for the real world is quickly becoming their undoing. Colleges in reality are nothing more than expensive daycares these days. Compare that to these 3rd worlders who have to grow up quickly from a young age in order to navigate their terrain, society, and ensure their own survival. Many of them cant so they join any local cartel as a shortcut and "cheat code" to power, respect, and success. They often don't last. The ones that do and escape to the US bring that mentality with them again easily bullying most softened americans.

Are all these hispanics bad? No, but we have no genuine vetting system for the ones that are so until then extreme prejudice is needed.

When did the legalization process start? Recently or during Biden years? Depending on the type of process and when it was then it's almost impossible to do a family together when one isnt completely finished. Especially for $5000, that is dirt cheap and spitting in the face of others who pay 5 figures easily.
