Judge denies motion to reopen Kilmar Abrego Garcia's immigration case
A judge has denied a motion filed by wrongly deported Kilmar Abrego Garcia to reopen his immigration case, according to a copy of the decision obtained by ABC News.abcnews.go.com
He is currently incarcerated, will be deported to another Supermax prison, in any country other than El Salvador (his original judge ordered that he would be deported to another country, not to Salvador as he’d be targeted there for his ms13 ties)
This latest effort to petition for amnesty failed.
