They'd all be murdered in less than a week. If not by their police then by their cartels.

The only places that blatant bad behavior like this is not only tolerated but rewarded is westernized countries due to various decades of corruption and deep brainwashing. All permissible by weakened law enforcement and soft government. Forgot the fact that you already have foreign plants not only in grunt roles but also in supervisor and management roles. Your real danger comes from blackmailed, greedy, out of touch politicians willing to sell out for the right price. No scruples, no morals, no genuine connection to the areas they supposedly serve.

Take Mexico for example. As "dysfunctional" and chatic it may seem, their citizens are nationalistic towards any foreign threat and united in the purpose of screwing over any outsider (especially white people). Their government puts Mexican interests first before anyone else.

Their government and society is starting to show visible signs of fracture and decay (unashamed public support for a female president, feminist values becoming accepted, etc) but it will be a long time before the western influence begins to have similar effects like the USA.

I still doubt they'll ever tolerate outsiders disrespecting them on their home turf.
