What did they expect when they hired an Indian CEO. All Indians are the same and as soon as they get a management position they will start hiring only Indians. Whether that is the fresh produce manager at your local Walmart or the CEO of Microsoft. Its always the same shit.

Its a hug mistake. Indian employees suck. They might save some money in payroll but at the expense of destroying the company long term. Within 20 years time Microsoft will be irrelevant.
