"Staggering new tariffs."
I don't understand this. What do we really export much to China, other than Hollywood movies? Vox Day posted the other day about how it's essentially as impossible for China to win a trade war against the USA as it would be for us to defeat them militarily in an actual war. While I don't claim to really know for sure, the points Vox makes here make a lot of sense to me:

Thanks to China's Rare Earth ban for Military Use, Lockheed-Martin is proposing to deliver F-35 without their radars for the next 2 years.
Just one more Republican appointed Justice out of three was needed to win this case. Democrat appointed Justices know the drill. They always stick together. Plenty of other routes to justify tariffs. Trump won't lose here.
SCOTUS takes upon itself the role of the executive branch. Activist judges. Seems they have more of a say in governing the country than even the President. Trump is still pushing the tariffs but changing some of the particulars to accommodate SCOTUS. I mainly shared the tweet because of the sharp irony in Trump threatening to expose someone else's "foreign interests." His entire second term has been him downplaying the real (((foreign interests))).Correction, 6-3! That's pretty bad. I expected as much from Roberts. Since the branches of govt. are co-equal, can't the execution branch proclaim the tariff ruling unconstitutional?
