Seems that you haven't realized that throughout since Liberation Day China has increased trade globally year over year while decreasing trade with the US effectively making the world less reliant on the USD and thus making financial sanctions less effective.

While Victor is a Han Chauvinist, every data shows that China is absolutely fine without the US Market.

China is now targeting American Maritime Revival through South Korea Hanwha. Apparent Hanwha has invested in revival of America's Philadelphia Shipyard.

They still are reliant on our consumerism to a large degree. Until the world's reserve currency changes (which would mean collapse of the euro as well) this means they are dependent on us continuing to trade and enrich them.

China is a paper tiger in a lot of ways being that they are a communist country and are subject to a lot do centralized planning issues that occurs in all communist countries.

Currently they benefit from elite capture with some countries in the West.

You're correct that both the US and China are decoupling.

We are strengthening relationships with Australia for instance military deals to protect rate earth minerals.

Centralized industrial planning has been a feature in Japan and S Korea as well, look up MITI and its role in Japanese industrial growth.

The Chinese model is misunderstood, because it does rely on market forces. Their government sets the agenda and creates favorable conditions for industrial growth, overseeing infrastructure, higher education, healthcare etc but it doesn't actually run industries.

For example, their government established EV production as a national priority and deemphasized real estate/construction with their RE market glutted. So EV companies received lower interest loans, and you had an explosion of EV and battery companies across China, over 500 companies competing against each other. The marketplace eventually crowned the winners as big companies with superior products and management emerged (BYD, Geely, NIO, Xiaomi...)

The Chinese EV industry has been wildly successful and this success was the result of a state policy working with market forces. Bottom line, this is not a Soviet-style top down economy.

The US market represents ~14% of Chinese exports, so not a negligible percentage, but not the end all be all either. As well trade between China and other countries is increasingly conducted in Yuans.

Yes, US policy is run by Blackrock and hedge funds like KKR or Elliott Management, whose interests do not align with those of most Americans.

There's more to it.
The newly introduced US port fees were designed to dissuade shipping companies from ordering new vessels in China. And Korea (world's 2nd largest shipbuilder) was expected to benefit from it the most.


Expect even more moves against Korea, because global shipping companies begun to divert their China-bound vessels to Korean ports to avoid Chinese retaliatory port fees.

This will pan out in the best way. It will pan out as nature intended. Either the global south is doing what you claim they're doing or the global south are BS artists. Either way it's a win for armchair generals. Either they create an alternative system, or they're revealed for what they are and no one has to have any false hope.

China is over-dependent on globohomo structures like WTO for it's trading hegemony. Maybe they're too retarded to understand that but nothing I can do about that. America has the same problem but for different reasons. Considering the quality real-estate America and the Commonwealth possess, there's no reason this land shouldn't be be exploited to it's full potential. Behind the parliamentary boomer theater they put on for their populace, all these western countries are beholden to American Jewry and it's about time they started acting like it.

South Korea and the US have agreed to lower US tariffs in return for 350 billion USD. In a separate agreement the Koreans agreed with the US on the sale of sensitive US nuclear submarine tech, South Korea's nuclear submarine program had been in the developing stage for quite some time but will get a massive boost from this
