Sheridan is constantly mixing in women-worshipping phrases of the "happy wife, happy life" type whenever there's a moment of revelation after one of the men in the show has been over-powered by a woman.

But Sheridan likes to play both sides. He also gives Tommy and some of the geologists opportunities to tell the mega bitch lawyer Rebecca how stupid windmills are for generating electricity and that oil runs the world.

It's like he's tossing various bones to different demographics of his audience, but the lion share is going to feminists and anti-racists.

Yes, I've noticed all these myself. I'm glad you mentioned Cooper. "Simp Of The Year" is an accurate characterization of him. And his girlfriend Ariana (1 of 3 women on the show with attitude) is also abrasive, so scenes involving this couple are also hard to watch.

I can't imagine Sheridan has a lot of viewers from the Left who are fans of the show. So I'm guessing these feminist and anti-racist scenes are merely for propaganda to appease his handlers.

It sucks because one minute it's a great show that takes you deep inside the oil business, and then the next minute you're being made to feel guilty for being a white man or you're being groomed to act like a simp.

Very well said! The show can be infuriating the way it draws you in with interesting and masculine themes, especially with Billy Bob's excellent acting, and then it forces 10 pounds of wokeness down your throat as a chaser.

I'm rewatching Curb Your Enthusiasm again. I know ya'll wouldn't approve because of the jewishness, but Larry David really is a strange guy. He's described as a non-practicing, self-hating jew. In fact one of the episodes plots involves him siding with a Palastinian restaurant over jewish protestors, at the behest of his friends. Sometimes the jewish elements do get tiring since he mostly seems to only associate with other jews which is disgusting, and he's a raging liberal (though definitely not PC or leftist) yet in spite of that it's still very enjoyable and one of the funniest shows ever made. Even if you guys don't approve you must at least admit Seinfeld was the best sitcom ever made, without question.

He’s really funny. I watched the show many years ago, he’s awkward as hell, and really funny.. the character of George from Seinfeld is based off of a real life depiction of Larry David. Eccentric, Jewish, constantly jealous, and self loathing, and constantly gets into trouble as part of his every day life.

We’re supposed to be laughing at how pathetic he is.

Earlier this year, I watched the show Silicon Valley. It’s sort of reminds me of Seinfeld in that. All of the characters are assholes. They are all very eccentric. It’s still quite funny.

I’m currently trying to watch the White Lotus.

It’s basically a resort in Maui, and all of the people that visit are f*cked up sexually.

I’m not sure who the main characters are? Newlyweds, where the grooms mom shows up to surprise the newlyweds.

A family, with the mom is a girl boss of Google and her daughter is a bitchy Sydney Sweeney character who gets jealous if her friend and bangs her friends boyfriends .

Her brother is addicted to porn and loses his phone and forced to actually enjoy the Hawaiian holiday

The husband and father finds out his father died of aids not cancer, and led a double life where he’s straight at home and gay outside the house, he has a midlife crisis

The hotel manager uses drugs to try to dope up young hetero employees to have gay sex with them

I don’t think I can keep watching, it’s supposed to be good and it’s definitely weird but it’s very over the top / in your face about it’s more jew sex propaganda that’s a bit.

The show Marshals started (yet another Taylor Sherridan show), it’s a spin off from Yellowstone. Watched first episode and seems decent enough. Sort of a blend between the show Lioness and Yellowstone. All his shows are good but the style of dialogue, filming etx are starting to get redundant as he keeps pumping them out so quickly. Still much better than most all the other crap out there.
