So guys, I am cancelling Boomtown and Maiden Voyage, the promoters have been stressing me out for weeks trying to force me to say free Palestine and threatening to cut me from the bill because I won’t say free Palestine and I’m not dealing with the threats and I’m not putting on a fucking hijab.

They’re both basically trying to extort me - by insinuating that I need to say I support Palestine or they will drop me from the gig BUT I would much rather drop them and not associate with anything that has cheap group think bullshit attached to it.

If they want to allow some no-name dj’s to bully them into desecrating the nature of this music ecosystem and make ME the issue - whilst there being absolutely no ethical consumption under capitalism. Then that’s fine.

Video focusing on the cultural values in the Middle East that has caused them to be on the losing side of conflicts. Even if certain aspects discussed in the video are too overblown I still find it more compelling then the "I saw big Iranian missiles that went big boom on Twitter - the west has fallen" sort of arguments that are presented here.

It looks like his remarks are based on his own experience in Iraq, which is a bit of a distorted lens, similar to the experience of an American officer might have training the South Vietnamese army in the 1960s-70s or more recently the Afghan army, which was dysfunctional and folded like tent. The main issues with the Arab armies is that they don't produce any of the equipment and need a sponsor. They fared decently in 1973 when the USSR bolstered them and pretty much faded since its dissolution.

The other main issue is that these societies are culturally and ethnically highly fragmented, and the West and ZOG have been very good at exploiting these internal divisions, as seen in Syria recently and Iraq before that, or even in Ukraine today.

This being said, the video from that guy also reflects his biases, neoliberal/neocon views and messaging to keep the normies in line, he for instance reduces antisemitism on goyim being jealous of their success.
