The Black Fatigue Thread

My and parents and I are wondering how these primitives managed to come to our far and away small mountain town in the South, as these blacks are Caribbean given their accents. That's how they could skillfully and naturally skin and cut up the dog. I can't imagine any American killing their pet then dressing it like wild game. We suspect some evangelical church, as there are many in this area, are responsible for bringing these primitives over here, but it's possible it is still from some gov't program. And like any White do-gooder, they don't have to live next to the problem.
 
Does anyone have good Verifiable data on Black Payments since the "Great Society" total payments? I know Whites and other Races have benefited as well. And I'm aware of the Per Capita is generally higher for Minorities compared to Whites, but something more concrete with even more insight into the disproportional amount given to blacks vs. Their Productive output. I have a friend who doesn't believe its in the Trillions of dollars of payments to blacks through this Government Program.
I've seen graphs occasionally, but something with a more convincing illustration.
