Its more ghetto...and more migrants...people from Caucasus, there are lots of them there. One might just be better off living in the US if they got the income. I would not live in Rostov. There is a saying Rostov is the father, Odessa is the mother. It means Rostov mafia is the daddy and Odessa mafia is the mama. Rostov was always kinda ghetto... Southern part of European Russia is overpacked with in-country relocations and migrants and drones are being taken down over Rostov weekly.
