Stand up Comedy

Great to hear that. He is a legend.

IMO one of the best of his generation, along with guys like Sam Morril.

"We don't even want the land we just want the Centa!"

So, so good. There is NO Australian comedian who could get away with this.

("Centa" = government money; Centrelink is the Australian welfare agency.)

Excellent suggestion, she is red-pilled and hilarious.

Nice pick. I enjoyed it.

His content combined with those voices are just too good

Mitch Hedberg:

There was genuinely something a bit punk rock about Mitch Hedberg. You can see an unpolished quality mixed with very well-written creative jokes. It just works. Comedy is writing but then it's also being in the moment and despite his introversion Hedberg can do both elements.

Dave Atttell:

Iconic delivery. Dark, weird and twisted but also clever. The show Insomniac was brilliant back in the day.

Steven Wright:

Changed the game in my opinion in terms of opening up what stand up can be to the mainstream. Very clever and poetic style of comedy.

Emo phillips:

Delivery is an acquired taste for sure but I still think he's one of the best joke writers of all time.

Also, I won't be surprised if that unfunny, paranoid-schizophrenic Owen Benjamin starts accusing her of stealing his material soon (if he hasn't already, I don't follow him so I wouldn't know).

Ben Bankas has put out two specials for free in the past 6 months.

IMO he is one of the best around at the moment for anyone with conservative tendencies combined with an easy sense of humour.

1. Elect This (38 minutes)

2. BankasAid (30 minutes)

She's appeared on a podcast with Jake Shields (an ex-MMA fighter who is also really into the JQ stuff). I haven't had time to watch the whole interview yet, but the clips look quite good...

I once worked at a large tech multinational that was in the process of being taken over by Indians. One of my Indian coworkers once mentioned to me that when he factors in liviing expenses, he'd actually be making more money back in India. I asked why he didn't go back then, and his answer boiled down to "living in India is awful."
