Abdulmalik Al Houthi did not declare war nor announce the start of military operations, well at least for now.
In his Eid al Fitr speech, he said the enemies are moving toward escalation and expanding their actions in the region. He said they are watching these developments closely and are prepared for all possibilities. He called on his people to stay fully ready and alert. Al Houthi stressed the need to keep the internal front stable and united. He also urged people to build on past experience, whether in security awareness, social support, or public mobilization, and said these efforts remain very important.
