A church I know here in South Africa where a friend of mine serves had all the icons in the front of the church behind the curtain stream myrh during the lockdowns, my friend said it encouraged the parish
That is, I think, the Iveron icon of the Theotokos. Very famous and as far as I know it is streaming myrrh continuously.
I wouldnt know but I take your word for it
