I didn't see a thread where to post an article like this, but felt it was worth sharing. I have seen this myself, that there is a danger of "going native" to the point of almost being ridiculous or weird. I remember a recent convert to the Russian Orthodox Church who would show up to liturgy in a long trench coat bearing pins from the USSR. Needless to say, the Russians weren't too thrilled about his attempts at "going native".
