Final Girl by Electric Youth is the best New Retrowave song I've heard. Watching this video and listening to this song, I feel instantly transported back to the 80s.

My son got me into synthwave. As a child of the 80s it feels both nostalgic and futuristic at the same time. The Midnight and Miami Nights are right up there for me. Great stuff.

Fantastic! Particularly so as I am doing a rewatch of a few different series from the 80s. A lot of them don't really hold up today but Magnum is really good. It has a good balance of humor and serious, the writing is witty and Thomas Magnum is a man with some honor.

It seems like most people here have all posted a different band. Is there a general consensus on what the best New Retro Wave bands are right now that most of the other posters on here would agree on?

Apart from the motorbikes, my Miami Vice box set is probably the best thing I own.
