I think that's the chick from Young Turks, but I am not culturally with it enough to get why the cartoon dude is mooning after her. The cartoon dude is one of the Thunder Cats, isn't he? Or maybe Space Ghost?
That comic book character is Wolverine of the X-Men in a well-known panel from the early 1980's when he was pining away for fellow X-Man teammate, Jean Gray, prior to or maybe just after her death in The Uncanny X-Men #137. She was in love with Cyclops, so Wolverine could never have her.
Anna Kasparian from The Young Turks matches Jean Gray's general description of blonde and pretty, so I think Kasparian's fairly recent pivot (if true) from the woke left to the center right makes her more attractive for a no-nonsense guy like Wolverine who, although was never depicted in those years as having any political or religious opinions, would be expected, as a Canadian outdoorsman who punishes criminals, to be right wing.
The photo was from a recent stream where Kasparian was mocking some big lefty lunatic, maybe George Soros or someone, can't recall.
