A lot of the time the one recommending the surgeries subconsciously knows it will make the other girl look worse. And they do it out of jealousy. It's amazing how insecure some beautiful women are about themselves. They think guys are looking for perfection whereas in reality we just want a natural, humble girl who takes care of herself.

Yea I could see that, they want them in the same boat. Just like how they convince them to sleep around and get divorced even though they are miserable doing the same deep down inside.
