In their eyes this is seen as equality, Im not even joking, white South Africans have become very creative we always find ways around stuff like this, its forced us to be creative in a way and it just keeps making us stronger and them weaker same way welfare makes people weak. So one of the loop holes is if you buy a no name brand petrol station that already has a license and you just take over that petrol station then no new license is required but if you want to be a franchise holder of something like Shell or BP forget it, the funny thing that happened is that Indians (not blacks) have now dominated petrol stations because of these laws.
