False, Christ used the Parable of the Good Samaritan when defining what he meant by Neighbor, and Samaritans were hated enemies of the Jews. Samaritans weren't family and had been genetically separated for thousands of years.

When I saw it and posted it, I was thinking of it in the perspective of the following meme:
1. Being a good Neighbor has little to do with allowing millions of people into your country. Helping an individual is completely different than an invasion.
2. When so many people come in that it destroys your home, you're casting pearls before swine and giving what is holy to dogs. Thus there is a passage from Christ that directly relates to opposing mass immigration. But the Good Samaritan does not apply.
