Not even body soreness? They must still be young. When you get even into your 30s your body can be stiff for no reason. It helps to work out, but then working out can make your muscles stiff too. It's obviously better to workout, but you actually get stiff and sore both from working out, and from failing to work out.
I've watched this a few times now. It's hilarious.
