Lost Musical Gems & One-Hit Wonders (any decade)

Classic. But what about "Jet Boy, Jet Girl"?

I won't post it here because of the charged lyrics referring to underage homosexual acts and general torrid behaviour, so look it up at your own risk.

According to Wikipedia;
That exact same backing track was simultaneously used by Belgian artist Plastic Bertrand on his internationally successful hit single "Ça plane pour moi". Since then, "Jet Boy, Jet Girl" has sometimes been wrongly thought to be a cover of "Ça plane pour moi", with new lyrics over the same backing track,[citation needed] but the truth is that the two songs were simultaneous adaptations of the same backing track.
I always felt the English version was more punk than the bubble-headed French one.
