That couple are Turks who leaked into Bulgaria, this happens a lot there. Bulgarians are not Turks ethnically but southern Slavs.

Maybe that couple is half Turk half gypsy but if you've lived in Europe you know how to immediately spot a Turk or gypsy. Romanians are 100% Orthodox white but with a large gypsy population, not sure why they even came up in this thread.
